Q. Do you sell wholesale?
A. Yes, for those interested in buying in quantities, we offer a wholesale price list. Please send an email message to: mailto:wholesale@oldschool.com to request the price list. Please include your name, address, phone number and fax number (optional-if you prefer the list be faxed).

Q. What is the Shelf-life of your products?
A. We guarantee all of our products for one year from date of purchase with the exception of the meats. These are guaranteed for four months.

Q. Do the meats require refrigeration?
A. No, they do not.

Q. I would like to send a gift assortment to a friend but their ethnic and regional background may not appreciate some of the items in the assortment. Will you switch these?
A. We have designed variations in our assortments to accommodate most any ethnic and social preferences.

Q. Do these products work well in gift baskets?
A. Our products work very well in any gift basket in that the attractive packaging, package size and quality of contents makes for a very unique gift.

Q. How soon do you ship?
A.Normal turn-around time is the next day.

Q. How do you develop your recipes?
A. We work constantly collecting old cookbooks and family recipes. We also use a lot of information from Civil War records and manifests.
