We make our Yellow Corn Meal with the same stone grinding method as we do the White Corn Meal. The only difference between the two is the color of the corn. Yellow corn is used to make this Meal and is just as delicious as it's alter ego. Use this Corn Meal just as you would any other and it is available in either a 1 or 2 pound bag. Ingredients: Ground yellow corn, soda, salt, phosphate.
