Long before the convenience of refrigeration, sun-drying was a common means of preserving fresh fruit. That's not exactly how it's done today but the flavor is just as rich and sweet. Our dried apples contain no additives or preservatives and retain all the full flavor and goodness of fresh apples. Great in pies, stewed, or simply eaten alone, the naturally sweet taste of dried apples is sure to please. (Also works great as a filling for our Fried Jack Pie Mix!)
