Free Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping on Retail Orders of $60 or more shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. This offer applies to in-stock items only and covers standard delivery service.
Free shipping is not valid on:
- Wholesale orders
- Previous purchases
- Expedited or upgraded shipping methods
- Special handling or oversized items (additional charges may apply)
- Promotional or discounted shipping offers (cannot be combined with other promotions)
For multiple-address orders, each individual shipment must meet the $60 minimum to qualify for free shipping.
Standard Shipping
Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be charged standard carrier rates based on order weight, size, and destination. Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Restrictions & Additional Fees
Additional shipping fees may apply for oversized, heavy, or expedited orders. Customers will be notified prior to shipment if applicable.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
